9 Commercial Buildings Restoration and Weatherproofing
Project Description
A total of 9 commercial buildings are being given an all-around professional uplift this summer:
We are removing old wooden siding that is falling apart and is partially rotten, and replacing it with new Hardie board. At the same time we are replacing any rotten studs, nailing and further securing the structure. We are replacing all wooden soffits with vinyl. We are also replacing windows, as well as all commercial steel doors. And finally we will be pressure-washing and painting all 9 buildings. This large commercial project is a combination of great professionalism, hard work, quality, skill and passion that we bring to every project!
